1. Account Creation and Management

Single User Accounts
TrackPoint accounts are for individual use only. Sharing accounts, allowing multiple users to access a single account, or transferring accounts to other users is strictly prohibited. Purchased subscriptions are tied to a specific user account and cannot be shared.
Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us through our contact form. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted. TrackPoint reserves the right to terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
Content Storage
All user content uploaded for usage with the TrackPoint services is temporarily stored and deleted upon completion of the current user session (when refreshing or moving to a different page on the platform). User information used for creating the account will be stored indefinitely, or until account deletion.
2. Service Usage

TrackPoint provides AI-powered interview and presentation preparation tools, including mock interviews, feedback on recorded presentations, and practice questions. See our website for a detailed description of the services offered.
Usage Limitations
TrackPoint reserves the right to implement usage limits, even on unlimited usage plans, to prevent misuse and ensure fair access to the service for all users.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload to TrackPoint is original or that you have the necessary rights to use it. You agree not to upload copyrighted material or any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You also agree not to upload any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Content Ownership
TrackPoint does not claim ownership or license rights over your content. You retain all ownership rights to the material you upload.
3. Payment and Fees

4. Intellectual Property

No Warranties
TrackPoint is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
