TrackPoint Usage Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines acceptable and prohibited uses of the TrackPoint website and services. By using TrackPoint, you agree to abide by this AUP and our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this policy.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal Activities
You may not use TrackPoint for any illegal purpose or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
Harmful Content
Do not upload, share, or transmit any content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Respect intellectual property rights. Do not upload, share, or transmit any content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of others. This includes using copyrighted music, images, or video without permission.
Impersonation
Do not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Security Violations
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to TrackPoint's systems, networks, or user accounts. Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to TrackPoint.
Interference with Service
Do not interfere with or disrupt the operation of TrackPoint, its servers, or networks. This includes using excessive bandwidth, launching denial-of-service attacks, or engaging in any activity that may negatively impact the performance of the service for other users.
Automated Use
Do not use automated scripts, bots, or other automated methods to access or use TrackPoint.
Reverse Engineering
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the TrackPoint software or attempt to derive the source code.
Commercial Use (unless permitted)
Do not use TrackPoint for commercial purposes without our express written consent. This includes reselling access to TrackPoint or using it to create competing products or services.
Account Sharing
Do not share your TrackPoint account with others or allow multiple users to access your account.
Circumventing Usage Limits
Do not attempt to circumvent any usage limitations or restrictions imposed by TrackPoint.
Misrepresentation of Data
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when using TrackPoint. Do not misrepresent yourself, your qualifications, or your experience.
Monitoring and Enforcement
While we do not actively monitor all user activity, we reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of this AUP. We may take any action we deem appropriate, including, but not limited to:
Warning the user
Issuing a warning about the violation.
Suspending the user's account
Temporarily or permanently suspending access to TrackPoint.
Terminating the user's account
Permanently terminating the user's account and deleting their data.
Taking legal action
Pursuing legal action against the user.
Reporting Violations
If you believe that a user has violated this AUP, please report it to us using the contact form on our website.
Changes to the AUP
TrackPoint reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time without prior notice. The updated AUP will be posted on our website. Your continued use of TrackPoint after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
